Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seed Audio Prompts ("we," "us," or "our") and our AI-powered creative services — including Seedaudio (audio generation), VideCraft (video generation), Seedream (image generation), and Seed3D (3D asset generation) — available at seedaudioprompts.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Seed Audio Prompts is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to:

  • Seedaudio: Generate broadcast-quality audio, voice synthesis, and multi-character audio from text prompts, powered by Doubao Audio Generation.
  • VideCraft: Generate and edit video from text, images, video, and audio inputs.
  • Seedream: Generate and edit images from text and reference images.
  • Seed3D: Generate high-precision 3D assets with polygon mesh and PBR materials from uploaded images.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content, including but not limited to: nudity or sexually explicit imagery, video, or audio; content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation or violence; sexually suggestive content featuring minors or content that could be construed as child sexual abuse material (CSAM); and content that violates applicable laws regarding obscenity or adult entertainment
  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud others
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including generating content that reproduces copyrighted works without authorization
  • Use the Service for any form of spam, unsolicited advertising, or mass communication
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
  • Circumvent usage limits, credits, or payment requirements
  • Access the Service through unauthorized automated means (bots, scrapers)
  • Use generated content in violation of applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

Platform IP

The Seed Audio Prompts platform, including its website, software, AI models, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by Seed Audio Prompts and protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the content generated through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you generate using our AI tools. Due to the nature of AI generation, we make no representations regarding the originality, uniqueness, or non-infringement of AI-generated outputs. It is your responsibility to verify that generated content does not infringe on third-party rights before commercial use.

Payment and Billing

  • Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice.
  • All purchases are final, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
  • Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Credits expire according to the plan terms displayed at purchase.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers (including Doubao Audio Generation API for audio processing). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEED AUDIO PROMPTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seed Audio Prompts, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

Changes to Terms
