Acceptable Use Policy
By using Seed Audio Prompts ("we," "us," or "our") AI-powered audio, video, image, and 3D generation services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
Sexually explicit or adult content is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:
1.1 NSFW / Adult / Sexual Content
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Nudity or sexually explicit imagery, video, or audio;
- Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual exploitation or violence;
- Sexually suggestive content featuring minors, or content that could be construed as child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Content that violates applicable laws regarding obscenity or adult entertainment.
- Creating or distributing deepfakes, synthetic media, or manipulated content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent;
- Content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead viewers about the authenticity of the media.
1.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Content that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, artworks, music, or other protected materials as reference inputs for generation.
1.4 Hate Speech and Violent Extremism
- Content that promotes, incites, or glorifies violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Content that promotes or recruits for terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups.
1.5 Spam, Fraud, and Malicious Content
- Content used for spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent purposes;
- Malicious code, malware, or content designed to harm or disrupt computer systems;
- Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities of any kind.
2. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to content restrictions, the following conduct is prohibited:
- Circumventing content moderation: Attempting to bypass, disable, or evade our automated content moderation systems;
- Abusive usage patterns: Excessively generating content in a manner that degrades Service quality for other users;
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure;
- Automated abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service in violation of our rate limits.
3. Enforcement
We actively enforce this AUP through the following mechanisms:
- Automated content moderation: All user prompts are screened before generation using industry-standard content moderation APIs. Prompts flagged as violating this policy will be blocked in real-time;
- Account actions: Violations may result in:
- Immediate rejection of the violating generation request;
- Temporary suspension of your account pending review;
- Permanent termination of your account for severe or repeated violations;
- Removal of violating content from our platform;
- Legal reporting: We reserve the right to report content that appears to involve child exploitation, imminent threats to safety, or other illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on our platform that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or Service notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
