All purchases made through Seed Audio Prompts ("we," "us," or "our") are subject to this Refund Policy. By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or any other products from our Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund of the unused portion. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for the remaining period, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are not exchangeable for cash or other forms of payment. Credits that have been used (consumed) or partially used cannot be refunded. Unused credits expire according to the plan terms displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

Technical errors on our part that prevent you from using purchased credits or subscription services for an extended period
Duplicate charges resulting from billing errors
As required by applicable consumer protection laws

6. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where we believe they are unfounded
Accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently terminated
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns before filing a chargeback

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or Service notification.
